Hailing from Auckland, New Zealand, with Maori/Cook Island roots, Lomez blends reggae, old-school soul/RnB, and Polynesian grooves, creating music that resonates deeply with listeners. A member of NZ’s FeJoint Productions, his smooth vocals and infectious rhythms have earned him over 10 million combined views/streams, with his hit single “Sweet Lover” achieving double platinum status in 2023.

Lomez’s impact is recognised through multiple nominations in the Pacific Music Awards, NZ Music Awards, and Maori Music Awards, along with the Cook Island Music Award in 2015 for his contributions to mainstream music in NZ.
